I'm a coach, writer, teacher, and CEO. I've been in the open source tech world for over 20 years, with most of that time spent in the Drupal community and leading Osio Labs. I'm also an atheist spiritual contemplative who volunteers in a couple of non-profit organizations.

Self-awareness and right relationship, with both human communities and the more-than-human world, are very important to me and I try to live in ways that encourage and support these in myself and others. I have a particular interest in helping others find their own paths, which led me to becoming a certified coach and creating holistic leadership training programs.

I live in Denmark with my wife and dog, having immigrated from the US over 15 years ago. I'm deeply connected to the land and you can often find me hiking through the forest, listening to waves, or caring for the garden, if I'm not nose-deep in 2 or 3 books at a time.
